The checkout editor lets every store set its logo, colour palette, and heading and body fonts (checkout branding).

Basic and above

Apps can add blocks to the Thank you and Order status pages, and payment-customization apps can hide, rename or reorder some methods (checkout customization).

Plus only

Apps that change the information, shipping and payment steps, custom Functions, full checkout blocks and the advanced styling API are for Plus stores (checkout customization). Plus starts at $2,300 a month on a 3-year term, or $2,500 on a 1-year term (Plus pricing).

Why trust at the payment step matters

In Baymard's research, 19% of shoppers who abandoned a checkout said they didn't trust the site with their card details; average abandonment is 70.22% (Baymard). We make no conversion promise: Shopify's own checkout converts well.
